After completing the 8 steps it was recomonded to post up some results I got from HJT and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware so thats what im doing and i can hopefuly fix my computer.

Please don't be offended, and perhaps I have it wrong, but frequently I need to point this out. User action required -- permit MBAM to remove infections.

Code:

 -> No action taken.

MBAB handles nothing that it found until permitted to remove infections.

Update MBAM - your version is 100 updates behind present version

Rescan with MBAB & SAS (run as pairs) until clean or something that cannot be cleaned.

Scan with HJT. It informs what has not been handled (computer restart before HJT scan)

If symptoms remain, post new logs and describe conditions.

Additional observation -
The HJT log gives appearances that the infection was handled. Yet your description is not clear if symptoms are still present.
