PC hangs after installing AGP graphics card

Hi

We seem to have a very strange problem...

We have installed Ati radeon 9600 pro to my brother pc which have p4m800p7mb motherboard with onboard graphics accelerator.

After installing the radeon, pc is hanging constantly. If playing games, it hangs, watching movies is the same thing. The card is working, I tried it in my own pc.

So what could be causing this?
We have disabled the onboard accelerator, tried to change agp settings in bios. Installed latest drivers for radeon, but nothing works...

We tried to use GeForce 3 Titanium 200 which is much older card, but it didn't have any change...

Any suggestions would be great.

Could bios update have any help?
