Can't Change Res. Or Color Quality
This morning I turned on my computer and everything was all Pixely and horrible quality. And I go to fix the res and color quality and I can only set my resolution to 640x4... And the color quality only to 4 bit. When In safe mode everything works fine, but as soon as I get back into regular mode, back to the mess. Any suggestions?

Failed video card or video graphics driver. Delete Video graphics driver in System->Hardware->Device Manager, then reboot and reinstall. If that doesn't work, the video graphics card has reached the end of its useful product life.
