I ran a test with everest this is the report this is the report if you need anymore info please let me know

can't read the file without everest I believe. What model processor do you have? Also you can overclock almost any kind of processor but it depends on the system it is in. It is a lot harder if you have say a Dell, HP, Acer, ect. type of desktop. If you have a laptop, I'm going to say no right off the bat. If you have a custom built setup, it then depends on your motherboard.
