Adult friend finder pop ups

Hi can anybody please help in removing adult friend finder pop ups from my computer I have tried everything I can think of Ive ran most of the anti spy software I can find but it still tortures me
I have attached a copy of my HJT log

Are you using Internet Explorer? Switch to Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome.
