Blue Screen : Error code 1000008e

First time Post here

Been searching for ages but since i cannot find the answer i will ask
Recently I went from a AMD Athlon 2400 to a AMD Athlon XP 3000+
All has been great except when i try and play BF2142 or Area51
I get a Blue Screen, it has no writing on it just a blank blue screen
Other Older games work fine but not newer ones

Event Viewer Definition of the Blue screen is : Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c000001d, parameter2 e43caa7c, parameter3 a6cd688c, parameter4 00000000.

I never get a BSOD During Internet Browsing or movie watching, only games

My RAM is %100 fine I have checked
My PSU is brand new I bought a new one to be sure it wasnt casueing the prob
My Mother Board is an Asus a7s8x-ms ( about 2-3 yr old ( checked the transitors etc all are fine )
My Video Card is an ATI Radeon 9550 256 MB
I have 2 Ram Sticks each 512 MB = 1 GB

I have reformated my PC To try and fix this to no avail

Attached are my minidumps

Any Help is Very Appreciated
Also If you take a look at the mini dump can you please post is decrypted contents so i can see it
I cant do any thing with them

Kind Regards

System specs
Removing the ATI drivers and installing the Omega drivers is known to fix the crash you're getting. See the following thread for the same crash.

Probably caused by : ati3duag.dll ( ati3duag+109648 )
