i am noob in overclocking
how can i overclock my ram and processsor to get better speed

System specs
First thing you need to do is google an overclocking guide, and know that you have a chance of damaging your equipment. Second, you should look up the thread here how to make a post because you've not given us nearly enough information.

You cannot overclock your ram. You don't even get much improvement by installing faster ram.
And attemps to overclock your processor are not without serious risk of damage.
You can overclock SOME motherboards if they are designed to be overclocked, and that information is usually found on the motherboard manufacturers site, or in overclocking websites.

Processor dual core E2140
Ram: Transcend 800mhz
