When I restart windows after i login windows gives me the BSOD then restarts. Can someone please help?

Your error is 0x8E and these are caused by hardware issues. In your case, however, a driver is cited rassstp.sys and is related to RAS SSTP Miniport Call Manager. RASSSTP.SYS is a part of the Microsoft OS.

I googled but trying to get definitive answers is difficult. I do know there are official Vista forums and I suggest doing a search there for answers.
