Hy everybody, i have a little problem with my xps laptop: it doesn't synchronize with his keyboard i think, or something like that. With a usb keyboard it works fine. The blue lights keep blinking. I don't know what to do...

Please give a more complete explanation of what happens.
Has anything been spilled into or onto the keyboard?
Have you the experience and the tools to remove and reseat the keyboard? There are schematics online at Dell which show you what to do with graphics. Just go to support and enter you service tag number, then look at the selections on the far left.

I forgot some details: i've tryed with another keyboard from an identical laptop and still same lights blinking and nothing else... so ...is not the keyboard. I've tryed changing the bluettoth...
