Outlook 2003 Error message

Hi,
Everytime i try to send, reply, or forward an email i get this annoying error message:
"Microsoft Word is set to be your email editor.
However, Word is unavailable, not installed, or is not the same version as
Outlook. The Outlook email editor will be used instead."

I have done many thing to try and resolve this:
1. reinstall Office 2003
2. Help>Detect and Repair
3. Search for updates (installed updates and rebooted PC)
4. Tools > Options > Mail format.
5. Start> Run, Type regsvr32 ole32.dll and click OK

And nothing seems to work. Anyone have any other ideas?
Thanks in advance.

This might sound a bit crazy, but try uninstalling OE (let me know if you need help doing this), reboot, repair Outlook, reboot, then reinstall OE (you'll need XP disc for this), reboot. See if Outlook works after this.

Have you read thorugh the Microsoft Knowledge base regarding Outlook. Seems like I recall seeing an explanaiton of the problem there... and what to do about it.
Outlook is quite impervious to normal meddling.
