Gentoo 1.4

I just tackeled this OS once more, and went much more smoothly (starting out with this OS when you know nothing about linux is a BAAD idea )

So i must say, once it is up and running it ROCKS. Probably the most stable and quick distro i have used yet.

If you havent used this one yet....i highly suggest you tackle it.

Especially you phantasm, i think you'd like this one.

what stage install did you setup your system from? I am thinking of attempting a stage 3 install again at some point

i started at stage 3, only because i didnt want to go through the hassle and looooooong hours of bootstrapping and stuff =)
