I've been searching with regards of my browser redirection. Followed the 8-step...

I formatted my laptop last week, the problem still continues. It seems there is a problem with my server. I found others have had the same problem.

Yesterday I followed the 8 steps and found this on the mbam log: Files Infected:
E:\...\services (Heuristics.Reserved.Word.Exploit) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

Today I've run them again. Please find attached my logs.

Please help me. I don't know what to do next.
