FPS issues

Ive been having some issues with my fps in any game i play. I usually get an fps of around 60 when playing WoW and guildwars, but within the last few days its has just dropped to about 30fps for guildwars and about 10fps for WoW.

These are my system specs:

Intel core 2 duo T5800 (2.0 GHz)
NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS
3GB of RAM
not sure what else to add.

Ive ran scans using norton, adware and spybot each have shown no problems.
Any help would be great!

Ohyea, forgot to mention that my fps seems to be capped at the low fps rates, even if i change the settings of both games to low ( I usually run guildwars at max and WoW at medium settings) the fps in both cases doesnt change
Thanks!

System specs
I can see your fps being low, that mobile card isnt strong, not even for medium settings
