Blue Screen of Death

Hi all !!

My computer had been getting alot of BSoD since the end of last month. I had already tried system restore, checking my CPU and ran the memtest86 test on my rams but there are no errors and the restore didn't work. I had also updated every single drivers on the computer and non of them are out of date. Anyway, this is the error message that I get everytime my comp crashes.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL
STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00000166, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x804FAADA)

I had attached all the minidump files since the very first errors.
Can anyone please help me analyze the files and look for the error?

File Type: zip Minidump.zip (186.7 KB, 7 views)

I just ran the windows debugging software and this is what i come up with for all of the dump file except the Mini021109-03 which is different.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000166, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000000, bitfield :
bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: 804faada, address which referenced memory

Debugging Details:

Apparently it is Idle that's causing the problem. Anyone have any idea on what that is?

Yes

It's AVG8 Antivirus causing it (anyway AVG8 always faults somewhere)

Uninstall your AVG Antivirus
Then run the removal tool
Here is the 32Bit version (most users): http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/avg_...avgremover.exe
Here is the 64Bit version: http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/avg_...removerx64.exe

Run CCleaner

Install Avira free AntiVirus

Actually that's true
Also you get this huge splash screen (that I'm sure you've seen now)

But is it an excellent Antivirus?... YES

System specs
I as well personally vote Avira over AVG

I've tried virus outbreaks with AVG and Avast, they couldn't do anything... but if you're loooking for the best, its paid...

Bitdefender and Kaspersky are up top
