System specs
Sounds like a ram issue. Can you give us more specifics pls.

Your mobo name and make
Ram name speed and quantity of sticks

You could just update your specs in your profile and make it easy for us :P

Are you using onboard sound/video? If so go to your motherboard manufacturer's website, find the model of your motherboard and update the latest drivers they have for it. Tell us if that fixes the issue(s).
