Bsod : Bad_pool_header
Hi, my mom-in-law has a Compaq Presario C500 laptop.
OS: Windows Vista Basic 6.0.6001 SP1 She's only in town for a few short days and I haven't got much time to T-shoot so I haven't done everything mentioned in the "Read this first" sticky. She's only had the laptop for a year and only uses it for an hour/day roughly doing email. Problem: Upon normal boot-up, the dreaded BSOD appears within a few minutes, then a few seconds later it begins to reboot. this happen on every boot-up. It boots fine under Safe Mode. She has not installed anything. I will attempt to attach some minidump files for further analysis. thanks in advance for any help offered. Eric Edit : it appears that the people were having issues with the .zip, so I posted the 3minidumps individually. thanks! - Eric Last edited by ejohns47; 03-05-2009 at 03:22 PM..
