Downloading ?????

When ever my wife trys to download her games in yahoo all she gets is a small square box with an red X in it. Does see need to download a program first? P.S. we are useing 2000XP.

sounds like she might need to have the java plug-in installed for win xp. a screenshot or more details would give more clues.
