I am new and this is my first post.

My neice's Dell Inspiron 1505 does not boot up.

I remember it happened before and we hit a certain key a bunch of times after starting it fixed problem although we lost all data.

We are looking to do this again but forget which key worked.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure could be F8 you're talking about for Safe Mode
Or F2 or DEL or even F6 Basically too many options, depending upon the specific issue
