Your error is 0xF4: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION
One of the many processes or threads crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated. As a result, the system can no longer function. Specific causes are many, and often best resolved by a careful history of the problem and the circumstances of the error message.

The driver cited is csrss.exe which is a Windows OS driver and it belongs to the Microsoft Client Server Runtime Server subsystem. It utilizes the process csrss.exe for managing the majority of the graphical instruction sets under the Microsoft Windows operating system.

Question are both systems the same in hardware and OS/software? If so we could be looking at a hardware issue.

Question: Are both PCs networked? Have you scanned for infections?

NOD32 is a very good software. What version are you using and is it the security suit or just antivirus? If just antivirus what firewall and antispyware are you using? If you get more BSODs attach those files.

Also, what graphic cards are employed?
