Laptop won't turn on
i have a dell inspiron 1100 that wont turn on and when the power is pluged in the power light flashes green and the battery light flashes yellow at the same time at a rather fast pace

it doesnt turn on at all i have it pluged in and every once and a while the lights stop blinking and if i hit the power button the battery light flashes and nothing happens ive taken out all the memory hard drive and cd rom and it still does it
