System reboots itself

Hi all,

Ive got AMD athlon 1679mhz,384mb (256+128) pc2100 ddr sdram, win xp professional sp2 with almost all the updates from microsoft web.except sp3.

My system was slow so i formatted and reinstalled windows xp. It restarted itself when i was installing google toolbar and then again while installing adobe reader along with windows update.
Now working fine since a day but again restarted today while installing java. In event viewer it says:

i can't attach dump files as posts less than 5.
If anyone have a clue about solution, i will much appreciate that.

these are three dump files.

All dumps relate to McAfee

As I don't like McAfee (it's not very good sadly) , I'll post the best action

Uninstall your McAfee Antivirus
Then run the McAfee Removal Tool

Restart

Install Avira free AntiVirus

Run a full scan and remove the Viruses that McAfee likely missed !

Actually McAfee was there since i bought the system but never had this problem.
