wont open, i download something fromt he sims 2 site. click it,. nothing happens. content installer opens and says "click a content to install" i have gotten a couple of my custom contents installed by spamming my left click. a random assortment of left click, right click open, right click open with, etc sometimes works.

i can conclude vista and the sims 2 just dont work. with the directx 9 issue and its very very very slow load up. to top if all off a simple conttent installer wont even work properly.
