Dumping All Physical Memory???

I had to reinstall Windows 2000. I also reinstalled MSN Messenger. Now everytime I try to use Internet Explorere 6.1, it tells me Dumping all physical memory. Should I let it continue to dump the memory or try to correct the problem. I turned the "dumping" feature off under Systems, but it just rebooted the entire system.

Help!!??!!
