i have been using this driver for about 3 days. when i watch avi file movies the video flickers every few sec. you can barely notice it. im not looking for any help but just wanted to see if anyone else has the same problem

i know you said you didn't want any help.. so let me just just "refer" you to a few things you may want to tuck away for future knowledge
=> I'd take a look at DPC latency. (use this tool)
=> In fact, i've noticed different threads about Gigabyte boards and DPC latency issues
=> You might also want to use Process Explorer to look at CPU Usage, I/O and paging as additional factors contributing to latency
