Photo Editing software
im lookin for a program that i can use to resize/stretch photos and pictures without them getting all pixelated. my first idea was photoshop but i wanted to make sure before i went out and got it

you can try photoshop, but before you do, try the free program called "GIMP" freeware program that I like a lot for paying nothing.

If you simply want a simple (and free!) resizer you can access with a simple right click from your mouse checkout Prish Image Resizer: PowerToy for Windows XP/Vista
If you want something with more photo-edit capability (and still free!) checkout Irfanview is also quite popular |
