Blue Screen Shutdown and Restart, System has Recovered from Serious Error

Hello,

I've been having a bit of trouble with my Toshiba Satellite a105-s2051 recently. I believe it is related to having installed an additional 1GB of RAM. I ran a Memtest, but it didn't find any errors. I still think it has something to do with the additional RAM, because I didn't get a blue screen for a week when I took it out. Anyways, here is the error message. If anyone could tell me where my problems are coming from, it'd be appreciated.

The system has recovered from a serious error:

BCCode : 1000008e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : BF808FCA BCP3 : B2695CA8
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 768_1
