Non Page In Area Minidump

Hi I could not boot my pc normal so im in administer in safe mode anyways I made a different forum and the guy told me to run ram tests and I did so and everything turned out good so this wasn't the problem to my no page in area mini dump screen I told him about counterspy sunbelt software how it scanned and said it found all this stuff but when the scan was done did not report on the logs so he said to do the 8 sticky steps and post the logs here can you please tell me what to get rid of and if they caused my problem or what problems they would of caused thank you.

I couldn't run the spy ware program it said it is blocked so I left it out if it is impotent can you suggest another one I could run that's free and can be installed in safe mode thanks a gain
