Can u help. I have 2 laptops with exactly the same problem.they turn on then after the BIOS page turn themselves off. i dont know much about the workings of a computer so take it easy on the jargon, my question is can they be repaired. is it worth it and at what cost. my daughters comp is an NEC and i have a HP hope u can help

the power test doesnt work, i will have to try the cleaning and ile get back to u, thanks for the tute
