Formatting it, will remove all files and folders, including Windows
Run CCleaner
Go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, and remove any not required programs
Download and run KCleaner https://www.techspot.com/downloads/4755-kcleaner.html

Fully run (it says start actually

Restart
Check how much space is now available
