Laptop Problem

RECYLER\S-0-5-67-100029356-100006922-100019989-1952.com keeps appearing when i try to access the laptops hardrive - from "my computer",
just wondering if anybody knows what is happening?

it also happens with any external hard drive that i try to open with the laptop.

It might be a virus or other malware scan your laptop, see if it works.

If your own virus scanner does not work then from what I understand of this website you should try https://www.techspot.com/community/...lware-removal-preliminary-instructions.58138/ and ask for help from the virus section.
