L33T OCing skills aside, this guy had some serious luck on his side. And in case you're wondering, this is the second-highest clock speed achieved, as recorded by HWbot.

Jesus. I was considering upgrading to a DO stepping 920 for the 4.6ghz, but frankly no matter what I play, even crysis, my cpu wont throttle up when I have power saving enabled, which tells me its still barely being used for what I'm doing.
