I have been solving issues on Windows 7, and I am waiting on a release for the theme maker release, so I can make themes.

I am going UpNorth on Friday so I will be able to reply on Monday probobly

It is going to be possibe to make Windows 7 themes. Vista themes as well!
It will be able to import msstyles and extract them

People are already at work making Msstyles "Theme GUI Editor"
