So I just installed a new videocard (7950 gx2) and everything works fine, installed fresh drivers, deleted old ones etc etc, but when I scroll into other window with my mouse, that current window almost flutters for a moment. It doesn't lag the computer, but its annoying. I also notice it in game play sometime. Any thoughts?
