im trying to use windows media encoder to stream music but i cant seem to get my port forwarded to windows media server. Any solutions?

my problem is, that i can't get windows media coder to find my ip address, any solution?
I'm trying to do this

also to add where it says to find free ports with using Windows Media Coder, it doesn't enable me to do that.

and when i i put in the url for lan connect i cant hear anything
