Deus Ex Invisible war Graphic Problem

Hello, I just got the game and installed it.. But when I play and turn around in game with the use of mouse the screen gets black and i cant see anything untill i stop turning.. i can still see everything when i use the aerowkeys to move sideways or only front and back, but you cant plya when u cant move around freely
I dont know what i should do about it, its a graphic card problem? or could i change something in the resolution settings?

System specs
When I first got this game I had graphic corruptions on textures. I updated to a later set of graphic drivers (Catalysts for ATI cards) and it sorted the problem. If your not already using the latest drivers for your graphic card you should think about upgrading to them.

Please list your system specs.

There is a patch for the game that fixes a great deal of the developers errors (i.e. removing xbox devices, fixing the mouse threshold, etc.).
