BSOD with Windows 7, help please

Q6600 with Asus P5Q Pro, OCZ DDR2 800 2x2GB memory, maxtor HDD, MSI 8800GT, and a few other stuff...(Can't remember the exact model number)

I had no problem at all when I had Windows XP Pro 32bit, until I installed a Creative Audigy 2 ZS sound card. I formatted the drive and installed Windows 7 RC 64bit after that, and everything worked fine for about a week. But recently I'm seeing a lot of BSOD, and I have the 2 recent BSOD minidump attached.

Thanks in advance.

The windows debugger is saying that I do not have the correct symbol/source
I repacked the most recent BSOD file in a new zip file if you can please try this one....

I'm really sorry about the zip file problem
I was not able to read the STOP:message on my computer
but I did upload the non-zipped minidump (it was too large for attachment)
