I'm getting a Runtime Error!

the message is:

Program: C:\Program Files\MS_UPDATE\MS_Update.exe

Has anyone seen this message, my operating system is windows xp sp3 v.2002

Reinstall the redistributables.

No superty, like all your other suggestions to reformat or reinstall, this is not appropriate.

The most frequent cause of the Runtime errors are the add-ons in the browser:
Open IE> Tools> Manage Add-on> Disable each add-on. Then out them back one at a time until you find the one causing the runtime error.
