yea I know but this gives a back door access to financial details or personal details ,it actually gives an even bigger back door than now , criminals must be rubbing there hands with glee.

Just look at crackers like Jonathan James, the internet was never secure. Making it legal for agencies to pull up personal bank info, etc. shouldn't be lawful.
