Computer not projecting anything on monitor?

Hello
Each time i connect the monitor on to the computer it does not work. I have tried other computers and the monitor works fine. Recently, I was rotating the monitor with three different computers (at the time it was working).

I was thinking that the motherboard died, but the mouse and keyboard still work.

Please help.
Thanks in advance.

Might be your video card. Do you have onboard graphics? Try unplugging the card, dusting it off carefully and then plugging it back in.

Does the computer start-up fine when you switch it on? Do all the lights go on and does it POST (Power on Self Test) ... see this guide if not: Tutorial: No POST (Power On Self Test)
