Mode not supported after installing Game

Hello, fellow Techs,

I have a question. I have a Insignia D300a pc and after installing Jewel Quest 2, the screen goes off and it says Mode not Supported. I have added a video card to see if the onboard video was the problem. But it does the same thing. This pc has done this several time when installing different games over time. What do yall think?
