My ctrl+alt+del not working from past few days as well as windows key too not working, pls suggest, have followed he 8 step procedure and attached the logs

Have you tried turning the keyboard upside down while using a couple of cans of Dust Off or other canned air to clean out the dirt, dust, lint, and grime. That is the usual fix for the common cause.
A fair number of infestations and threats...
What was the result of your spyware doctor scan?
Update all your infestation checking software, then Run all your scans again in <SAFE MODE> Avira, Spyware Doctor, MalwareBytes, and SuperAntispyware... Clean your keyboard, and you should be done, clean and good to go.
