Clfs.sys Windows Vista

Hi I have the blue Screan and do not seem to be able to get my Windows Vista to get past this. I have tried using the Windows Recovery Disks but it keeps going back to the (BSOD). I have tried taking the memory out and booting up each time with only one of them in. I have tried using the Seagate Disk tools and it shows the disk is ok. So how do I get past this code and fix it? I took out the old had drive and put a new one in and was able to boot up. So I know it is not a hard wear problem. I think it is a soft wear problem.

The Error code I am getting is as Follows

CLFS>SYS

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

***STOP: 0X00000050 (OX89FF018,0X00000000,0X84C2367,0X00000000)

***CLFS.SYS_ADDRESS 84C2C367 BASE AT 84C2B000, DATESTAMP 4549acbc
