Windows did not load
We apoligize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start
successfully. A recent hardware or software change might
have caused this.

There is more verbage then I get the following start choices:

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Last Known good Start
Start Windows Normally

I am having problems trying to fix my pc can anyone help please...the black screen keeps coming back no matter what I enter
