Klipsch Speakers not working!

Hello, my Klipsch 5.1 Speakers aren't working! All that is working is the SubWoofer and I have no clue what to do about it. Can anyone help?

check your connections
check your levels on the klipsch
check you settings in audio properties make sure you are set to 5.1 and none of the outputs are muted.

Yeah, I've tried that! But still it doesn't work... I think I did something to it. Should I contact the company? Or should I just keep on messing around with it until it works?
