Restored my computer almost 5 times now, booting and error messages continue

I have a Toshiba Laptop and ive been using it fine for almost a year now, recently ive started to have some problems such as the computer saying media cable unplugged and not booting properly. Plus when it does finally boot i go on the internet or something and sometimes the whole computer freezes and it does an emergency crash dump or a pop-up error comes up and says "The instruction as 0x76b00999 referenced memory at 0x76b00999. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc00000e..."this is not the complete message because while copying it my computer shut it self down. if you need anymore of the message ill see what i can do.

So any help is appreciated VERY greatly. Oh and like the title says i dont think restoring it helps any.

@ Chillo0511 - Do you have any minidumps? Have you attempting to run Memtest on your memory?

Sounds like ChkDsk and MemTest are in order!

Sounds like hardware problems. Run Memtest and chkdsk next time. And get the system into Safe mode (F8 on start).
