Exact cut pictures
Is there a way to cut out a specific part of a picture and add that part to another? Like this picture of the Moon. I would like to add a Dragon flying across it. Everything I have, I have to touch up and touch up and still looks bad.
any ideas? mikecast1 |

Take a look at GIMP, Adobe Elements 5, 6, or 7, or Picassa 3.0. Adobe costs, but is worth the time you have to invest to learn it. GIMP and Picassa are free.
