Cannot boot windows XP

After I compiled my Java Program, the compiler was closed and my computer suddenly restarted but I'm not sure if this is the cause. After that, I could not load the windows anymore even in safe mode as it keeps displaying a blue screen (as quick as I can't see the error message) and restarting after it displays the Windows XP splash screen.
I've already tried to repair and to reinstall the windows but both failed with blue screen also (but it will not restart so I can see the error message, the file name that has an error is ntfs.sys).
I can't also load bartPE from my Flash Disk because it will also display a blue screen (but it will not restart so I can see the error message, the file name that has an error is ntfs.sys).

There's no problem with my:
-Video Card
-Hard Disk
-Memory Module

Can anyone tell me what is the problem? Thanks!
