Recently i have started haveing this problem on facebook, at seemingly random times i get this message :

"internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close"
the following add-on was running when this problem occurred:
add on name :Flash10c.ocx
Company name :adobe systems Incorporated
Description: adobe flash player "

what does this mean? what is the problem? and most importantly how do i fix it?
