Hi guys, I've had this problem with my Install Shield for a while now and I've tried everything i can think of to try and fix it. The problem is that when i try and install anything that installs with Install Shield it comes up with this error 1607:Unable to install Installshield scripting runtime. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey man, i see that your help to people to recovery or erase the Bios Password, i have a DELL XPS M1330 with this problem, i put the Bios password and HD passwords, (Both IDEM) but the Bios passwords not working, it does not recognize it, i put the HD on another DELL (D630) and remove the Password, can you please help me?
The message it's:
