Hi all,
I have a user that created multiple DLs in Outlook 2003. About a year ago, our company made multiple Exchange related changes, including a new domain name in the addresses. For example, an old address would be
[email protected]
The new addresses are [email protected]
In addition, we are now using Outlook 2007. For the most part, her email works just fine, but when using several of her DLs, she gets "undeliverable" messages from some of her contacts stating it could not be delivered to the old address. I have deleted every instance I can find of the old addresses from all of her DLs, but the errors continue. I feel like I'm beating my head against a wall!
It seems a little extreme to delete all the DLs and recreated them but I think that may be my next step.
Any suggestions?
